Please understand that when booking your appoiment, we block out a large amount of time for travel and personal service for you an your horse. We value you and your personal care and set aside pleanty of time especially for you.
CANCELATION POLICY:
**24-hour or greater notice for cancellation will NOT be charged. To avoid being charged full price, please provide more than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
**No Show appointments are charged full price. No Show is defined as setting appointment and not showing up.
**If you or your horse is sick on the day of service, please call or text to reschedule without charge. Please give AS MUCH advance notice as possible. 801-548-3488
**We understand how horse appointments go, if session starts 30 minutes or later, bodywork may be cut, we will always try to accomindate.
