TRAVEL: Revival Equine serves Salt Lake, Summit, Wasatch and Davis county. Travel fee is included. Any areas outside of these counties may be subject to a travel fee, which will be discussed during booking.

PAYMENT: Venmo, Square, PayPal and Cash are accepted. 50% of service is due at time of booking, which is applied to the service. Complete payment is to completed at the time of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling to avoid the forfeiting of 50% booking fee.
